TEEN (13 - 19 YEARS OF AGE) ON OR BEFORE December 31st (You may bump up, but not back) You CAN turn 19 years old before December 31st 2025 but not 20. 

MISS (19 - 29 YEARS OF AGE) ON OR BEFORE July 11th 2025 (19 year olds that do not turn 20 until AFTER December 31st 2025 may compete in either TEEN or MISS) Our MISS delegates may not be married AT THE TIME OF COMPETITION but may get married during their reign should they win the NATIONAL title. Additional rules for each division are further down this page.

 *It is important to note that contestants may bump UP a division, but not back. Contestants may represent a state in which she can prove residency; either one belonging to another family member or while enrolled in a state school or University. She may be employed in, have been born in, currently attend school, own a home or timeshare in or reside in the state she represents.

 

ENTRY FEE:

​

TEEN & MISS ONLY - (For those entering AT LARGE and not through a state director or state pageant) A sponsorship fee of $895 is required for participation in the 2025 national event. This cost includes State title & crown (not sash), pageant t-shirt, snacks, group activities, event insurance, participation fees, any pageant-produced workshops being offered, production fees etc. ... NO refunds are given, under any circumstance, for withdrawal from the national pageant. Entry fee does not cover feature pages/ad pages, contestant ticket packages, meals, hotel rooms, etc. There are to be no refunds given under any circumstance for paid feature/ad pages, tickets, etc. (There are incentives in place for those who apply early, make one payment rather than a payment plan, etc) Our contestants room with their families at the national event so the fee does not cover accommodations. Our host resort will offer a special Group Rate for all attendees. 

​

 

ACTIVE DUTY DISCOUNT: Any contestant who is currently actively enlisted in the army, navy, marines, air force or national guard is eligible for an automatic $500 entry fee discount courtesy of DDofA. 

​

PHASES OF COMPETITION: 

​

INTERVIEW: Delegates (Teen - Miss) will meet with the panel of judges for a 5 minute personal interview. (An additional 30 seconds may be added at the end) This is a relaxed interview in which delegates will be seated in a casual setting so that the interview is more conversational rather than inquisitional. 

​

PERSONAL EXPRESSION: Delegates will walk the runway in a fashion show style setting wearing outfits of their own choosing that best represents their idea of personal fashion. This outfit can be anything you want as long as it defines your personal style and is age appropriate.

​

PHYSICAL FITNESS: Each delegate (MISS) will wear a swimsuit OR a fitness outfit that best displays their physical conditioning and overall health and physique. Swimsuits may not be inappropriate - NO string bikinis or thongs! ... TEENS will wear a fitness outfit of her choosing and may show her stomach. 

​

EVENING WEAR: Delegates will model a gown of their own choosing which best displays their personal idea of elegance and modeling ability. 

​

AD/FEATURE PAGES: Each delegate is required to sell at least ONE Ad/Feature page. They are only $275 for a full B&W page. This is where you can highlight your sponsors, donors, family, friends, etc. (Make sure to find sponsors, business', friends, and family to support these ads financially for you!) A full color page is only $495. 

​

PRODUCTION WARDROBE: There will be two days of on-stage competition for the 2025 show. In addition to interview attire, a trendy outfit, swimsuit or Fitness (Miss) and fitness wear (Teens), and evening gown, delegates will also need to bring a pair of white shorts, and a pair of tennis shoes or sandals for group photos to pair with your GKTW t-shirts.

​

EVENT SCHEDULE: Complete schedules and contestant names/titles will not be released until July. However, we will send you detailed information as to any additional clothing you may need to bring for each day, event, appearance, etc. well in advance.

​

DELEGATE GIFTS: Each delegate will need to bring ONE (JUST ONE) gift to be included in their respective division's "Queen's Basket". (Not to exceed $25 if possible)

 

AUCTION ITEM - You are also each required to bring a gift to be auctioned off at the Silent Auction/Gala dinner benefiting our scholarship fund and production costs. (Value of at least $150) Make sure to find a local business or sponsor who will provide these gifts so that you do not have additional out-of-pocket expenses. 

​

GKTW DONATIONS - We ask that each national contestant help to raise funds and awareness for GIVE KIDS THE WORLD VILLAGE. There is no set amount to the donation you may give, and a portion of the total funds raised go toward the purchase of four tickets to the annual GKTW BLACK & WHITE GALA if the Gala is held in Orlando during the corresponding year. You may utilize the GKTW website to help build a fundraising page and/or create fundraising efforts on your own. Please contact us or a representative from the village for ideas on creative fundraising.

TICKETS: Ticket order forms will be available in your contestant packet which will be emailed to you at a later date. All online ticket orders are due no later than __________. (Tickets involving meals must be purchased by __________) We will accept cashiers checks or money orders for the tickets (Made payable to Princess America Pageants) and you may also purchase them at registration but there will be a small increase in the prices due to the fact that our insurance covers a specific amount of attendees and increasing the price after the initial purchase increases our prices as well. EVERY contestant has to purchase a CONTESTANT TICKET PACKAGE for $145 which includes your ticket to the WELCOME LUNCHEON, your ticket to the SILENT AUCTION & AWARDS GALA, and snacks. These are produced by outside sources and every contestant, family member who attends, and staff member must purchase these two tickets. 

​

EXAMPLES OF 2025 SPECIAL AWARDS:  Photogenic, Director's Award, Teen of the Year, Miss of the Year, Face of the Year, Academic Award, Leadership Award, Community Service Award, Difference Maker Award, Publicity Award.

Photogenic, Academic, Leadership, and Community Service are optional categories (Not to be confused with optional competitions), judged by a separate panel of judges, not affecting the outcome of the final event. CASH awards will be given for some of these award winners.

RULES & REGULATIONS (TEEN & MISS)

(This information will also be given to contestants to be signed and witnessed at the national pageant) Princess America Pageants and its officials reserve the right to amend any and all information listed below at any time.

I will be between the ages of 13 & 19 on or before December 31st, 2025 (Teen) … I will be between the ages of 19 – 28 on or before July 11th, 2025 (Miss). There are a few exceptions to the age requirement which are carefully detailed and explained above on the national website.

I am not, nor have ever been married (MISS may get married during their reign should they win) 

I have never been pregnant, nor have I ever given birth to a child

I am a natural born female citizen of the United States

I have never been convicted of a crime 

I understand that I am required to stay at the host resort during the national competition. 

I understand that I will be allowed to compete in other systems and events should I win the Perspectives Productions National Teen or National Miss 2025 title (If I win a state title within the program, I understand that I am obligated to compete in the National event before competing in any other system or event)

I understand that if I am crowned a Perspectives Productions National titleholder and then I choose to compete in, or win another title that requires me to sign a contract or to solely represent their system that the prizes obtained up to that point are mine to keep per approval of the national office but additional prizes may or may not be awarded. 

Should I win a state competition and relinquish my STATE title, I understand that I will forfeit all prizes, crown, sash, state title and must send them back, in good condition to the state director. I will also be responsible for any monetary loss on the part of the state director and will submit restitution on a case by case basis. (Amount not to exceed $1000) This does not include the required ad page which is an additional $275. 

I understand that the judges’ decision is FINAL – No exceptions!

I understand that I may be called upon to make public appearances for no compensation

I will not make appearances or use my title without the express written or verbal consent & authorization of Perspectives Productions

I permit my likeness, name, title, image, and biographical information to be used without charge for publicity and commercial purposes. I also understand that I may be called upon to appear on television, on the radio, and/or in print

I will not give any written or oral endorsement without the complete written and/or oral authorization from Princess America Pageants and/or Perspectives Productions

I understand that I will not be entitled to a refund of any kind if I withdraw from the competition

I understand that should I not fulfill my obligation to attend the national pageant, for any reason, I will be in debt to Princess America Pageants for the Full cost of entry and required ad page. 

I will not hold Perspectives Productions, Princess America Pageants, the pageant organizers, judges, volunteers, sponsors, hostesses, committee members, owners of the facility where the event is held, and all others involved with the production of the event, responsible for any liability arising from personal injury, illness, property loss or damage, or similar cause. I also understand that any and all litigation will be held in the state of Florida and under Florida law.

I understand that by signing and submitting this agreement that I am obligated to pay the full amount of entry including one full ad page. (Nationals) E-signatures are legal signatures. Reading posted rules & regulations qualifies as having a legal understanding of said rules. 

I understand that I am responsible for my own travel and lodging to the National Pageant (Nationals) both as a state/regional titleholder and if I win a NATIONAL TITLE. National titleholders travel & accommodations are their responsibility. 

I understand that I am responsible for at least two mandatory meals at the National Pageant (Nationals - Contestant ticket package)

Perspectives Productions, Princess America Pageants, its officers, directors, agents, and volunteers, are not liable to entrant for anything whatsoever in connection with any preliminary pageant leading to the national Princess America Pageant. Preliminary pageant entrant agrees to look solely to the preliminary Pageant Director with respect to all matters relating to her application, rules, regulations, policies, preparation, rehearsal, performance and selection process, and all other matters relating to the preliminary pageant.

Perspectives Productions, Princess America Pageants, its volunteers, officers, and pageant personnel are not responsible for accidents, injury or theft incurred at the time of the national Princess America Pageant or travel to and from.

Perspectives Productions & Princess America Pageants are not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of pageant sponsors, judges, or contract vendors (e.g., photographer, videographer, etc.) which may be providing products or services to delegates at the Princess America national pageant.

Perspectives Productions & Princess America Pageants are not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of the host hotel.

Perspective s Productions & Princess America Pageants are not responsible for arranging travel for entrants

Perspectives Productions & Princess America Pageants are not responsible for providing an interpreter for delegates who do not speak or understand English.

Perspectives Productions, Princess America Pageants, it’s volunteers, judges, staff, officers, production team, or anyone associated with the event itself are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused to any and all prizes, gifts, and awards bestowed upon entrant after these items become the property of entrant. Entrant agrees to incur replacement and/or repair costs to lost, stolen, or damaged items including but not limited to: crown/tiara, sash, plaques, trophies, etc.

INFORMATION FOR STATE DIRECTORS

​

Welcome to Princess America Pageants! As the fastest growing event in pageantry, The P.A.P. Program is not only an outstanding opportunity for young women across the United States to compete for scholarship assistance, but also gives them the chance to gain the experience to compete in future events, not to mention the confidence to fulfill their individual potential.

​

Princess America Pageants is not associated with any other national system or event, therefore you can use this as a fundraiser for whatever system you choose to involve yourself with.

​

Local and state pageants will fall under the rules and regulations of Princess America Pageants in terms of the NATIONAL competition. State competitions however are not affiliated with the national event other than name recognition/usage and phases of competition required to be held. Partial funds raised by the local, state, and national P.A. Pageants will be used to fund scholarships for deserving young people according to guidelines established by the Organization’s Board of Directors in accordance with Internal Revenue Service rules and regulations.

Princess America Pageants state pageants may consist of six divisions on the STATE LEVEL which include Mini Miss Princess America (5-6 years of age) Little Miss Princess America (7-9) Pre-Teen Princess America (10-12 years of age) Junior Teen Princess America (13 - 15 years of age) Teen Princess America (16 - 19 years of age on or before December 31st 2025) and Miss Princess America (19 - 29 years of age)

It is MANDATORY that all state pageants hold a competition for ALL age divisions unless express written consent is given by the national pageant office. OFFICIAL crowns and banners MUST be worn at all events associated with the representation of the state and/or national event. In order to qualify your contestants for the national pageant, the entry fee for the three contestants MUST be paid IN FULL within 30 days of the crowning of your state titleholders. Crowns can be ordered directly through our vendor at your cost. Sashes are to be ordered by the state directors and at your cost. (Banners must adhere to national regulations, colors, guidelines, etc) Contact our Liaison for State Directors (See below) for detailed information. Complete state fee is only $895 per delegate to nationals.

States may have more than one representative in each division, (not to exceed three), but NOT using the same title. For example, Oklahoma may have an OKLAHOMA MISS, a SOONER STATE MISS, and a TULSA MISS. State pageants may negotiate within their contract that there are to be no other titleholders from that state.

​

Local and State pageants MUST submit copies of all score sheets, including judges' comments (if any) and copies of official auditors tabulations and scores, with signatures, no more than 30 days past the conclusion of the state event. Official SAMPLE score sheets including the national rules and regulations, as well as procedures and protocol can be obtained from our Liaison to State Directors/Pageants.

National CONTESTANT paperwork not submitted and signed/witnessed AT the national pageant is invalid.

​

A state's participation with the national event is to be negotiated and approved on a year to year basis.

Princess America Pageants and its Board of Directors reserves the right to amend any and all of the rules & regulations, phases of competition, event dates & locations, schedules, etc. set forth by the national office.

 

Once your entry fees are in, you will begin receiving information regarding the national event. ALL communication regarding your states participation with the national event will be directed through our Business Manager, Mrs. Ann Harmon (aharmon582@gmail.com)

Please copy and print, fill out, and mail in along with each of your contestants' 5x7 identification headshot and entry fee. Applications may also be emailed to MissPrincessAmer@aol.com Applications may only be ONE PAGE. Headshots and applications may be changed until _______________.

 

ALL state pageants which serve as official preliminaries to the national competition MUST fall under our name, PRINCESS (STATE NAME) PAGEANTS - (STATE NAME) MISS, (STATE NAME) TEEN, (STATE NAME) JUNIOR TEEN 20__.

PRINCESS AMERICA PAGEANTS is registered with the FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF STATE DIVISION OF CORPORATIONS. Currently under ACTIVE status, Princess America Pageants (Registration Number G0900165986) was registered and filed on 10/16/2009 and Teen Princess America, Junior Teen Princess America, and Miss Princess America and several state titles thereof were registered and copyrighted in 1994.

* Any and all prizes awarded are the sole responsibility of the individual sponsor and are in no way the responsibility of Princess America Pageants, Perspectives Productions, or our staff of volunteers. Any cash awards or reimbursements given will not be awarded until the following year's final competition and after the completion of one full year of continuous reign. Any money being awarded as a reimbursement or payment toward another event/pageant will be determined by the pageant committee after calculation of funds for travel and appearances have been averaged, as well as the pageant's over-all revenue as a result of said national titleholders' recruitment of fully registered contestants to the national pageant combined with social media posts and public branding/marketing promoting the national pageant and the titleholders' title, and according to the titleholders existing contractual obligation and/or Rules & Regulations & stipulations. Any reimbursements, etc will not be paid until the following competition year. There are currently no cash incentives, reimbursements, or credits associated with winning a national title.
